Starting a brand-new irrigation system from scratch is a totally different job than patching an existing one. No existing lines to work with, no shortcuts to take. Just raw dirt, a solid plan, and the right equipment to make it happen right.
That's exactly what we were working with here. The backyard was bare - rocky, compacted soil with nothing in place yet. We brought in the Kubota mini excavator to do the heavy lifting. Trenching by hand in ground like that would take forever and leave a sloppy result. The machine lets us go fast, stay precise, and keep the layout clean from the start.
Once the ground was open, we mapped out and laid the main supply lines and lateral runs, then got into the valve box work. A multi-zone valve box like this one has a lot going on - solenoids, wiring, manifold connections - and it all has to be done right or you'll be chasing problems all season long. We take the time to wire it clean and test every zone before anything gets buried.
This is the kind of setup that takes the guesswork out of watering. When it's done correctly, you're not out there manually moving hoses or wondering if one corner of the yard is getting missed. The system does the work, and your lawn stays healthy without you having to think about it.
We do this kind of work all the time - full irrigation installs, repairs, valve replacements, you name it. If your yard still doesn't have a system, or your current one is giving you headaches, we know exactly how to handle it.
